Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. This means you'll always see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Max Yield Labs. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and verify the delivery address on your order. If you still can't locate it, reach out to us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
