Condition of Returned Products

We accept returns on both opened and unopened products. Because our products are growing media, we understand you may need to use them before determining satisfaction. You do not need to return the product to receive a refund unless specifically requested.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our team with the following information:

Your order number
The reason for your return or refund request
